Terms and Conditions

All of these are as set forth in the Short Term Lease Agreement accepted and agreed to at reservation completion by each guest.

Minimum Stay

We require a minimum stay of two nights. During peak season, the minimum stay required may be extended. Owner reserves the right to amend minimum stay requirements at any time, without notice.

Our cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• For bookings May 1 through January 2:

  • • Guests may cancel for a full refund less a 5% service charge up to 30 days prior to check in date.

• For bookings January 2 through April 30:

  • • Guests may cancel for a full refund less a 5% service charge up to 14 days prior to check in date.

No refunds will be issued due to weather or other natural causes which would shorten your stay.

Agreement to Abide

Renter and all guests agree to abide by all rules set forth above, listed on the Cabin Rules section of this website, and by the Short Term Lease Agreement agreed to at reservation completion. Failure to comply with these rules in good faith may lead to removal from property or other legal action at Owners discretion.

Owner reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice.

Owner reserves the right to refuse rental at their discretion and will not refuse rental based on any protected characteristic in any way.
